How natural are
your products?
All of our
products are 100% plant based, beyond just natural. Many ingredients are
certified organic. We only formulate with premium plant based ingredients like
pure aloe, avocado and coconut. 100% Essential Oils are infused for a true
aromatic experience.

handmade in small batches with fresh ingredients. The shelf life varies from
1-2 years, however we encourage use with in 3- 6 months for optimal benefits.

in “smart” holistic beauty.
How can I extend
the life of my Indigofera product?
Store in a cool
dry place with the lid on. Do not leave in direct sunlight.

contain petroleum, sulfates, parabens, beeswax, alcohols, silicones, synthetic
fragrance, or inferior “natural” oils?
Our products do
not contain any of the above. No, Indigofera does not formulate with anything
that is not nourishing to the hair, can be drying, or causes buildup

Indigofera has been successfully shipping across the US via USPS for more than 8 years.
We have learned a lot along the way. We list in stock items only to improve
shipping times.
We ship to all 50 States and U.S.
Territories
If an item is sold out, you may request an update via the waiting list.
In stock items currently ship between 2-3 business days.
Priority Mail 2-3 business days. First class mail 5-7 business days shipping time
. Orders can arrive between 5 and 10 days.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking update via your store
account and/or email.
Occasionally, we may have a question to clarify about your order. Please
respond within 24 hrs to avoid shipping delays.
Indigofera orders are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail depending on the
package weight.
Unfortunately, we do not accept rush orders or specific shipping classes or
carriers.

What does "plant based" mean? What makes your hair
care premium?
Plant based means that we formulate with aromatic, nourishing, replenishing ingredients
in generous amounts. Pure Aloe, Organic Coconut and Nourishing
Avocado are found in our formulas.
Not many hair care brands can proudly claim 100% Essential Oil
infused. We have always loved the joy of aromatherapy, so each time you
cleanse.restore.nourish.moisturize.hydrate or shine you will revive your soul.
Lemongrass, peppermint, lavendar, orange, lemon, lime, ylang
ylang are essential oils found in our hair collection.

Why does Indigofera Hair Care only formulate with essential oils
?
Before the hair care collection was even born, Indigofera
founder and CEO studied holistic healing and aromatherapy. Therapeutic effects
like relaxation, upliftment and balance made Indigofera Signature collections
sought after. Think about it, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizers and scalpcare
and applied to the head and hair. You sense of smell is activated with every
ritual. Pure essential oils are the lifeblood of the plant. Once you experience
this aromatic experience, you won't want to settle for less.
Why are sulfates,
petrochemicals and parabens not good for my hair?
Indigofera hair care solutions are formulated with care and
intention to moisturize, nourish and replenish your hair. Sulfates can be
drying and strip the hair too hair for curls, coils, kinks and locs, so why add
it? Aromatic Hair Cleanser is blended with a plant
based cleansing complex the gently cleanse and prepare the hair to absorb the
nutrients in the ritual. Petrochemical aka Petroleum aka Mineral oil is a cheap
by product that has no place in your beauty ritual. If gives the illusion of
moisture with no nourishing properties what so ever. Sweet Almond, Avocado,
Aloe, Karite, Coconut may cost us more, but your body, mind and soul are
priceless! Parabens are a preservative that prevents bacterials, fungi and mold
from growing in cosmetics. However there are gentler paraben-free preservatives
the have been very effective in our formulation that have and emulsion of water
and oil. So there you have it, Indigofera believes in the "smart
beauty." Generous amounts of what your hair and skin craves and none of
what it doesn't.
Can I get Indigofera products
unscented?
Yes! You may order the Aromatic Hair Cleanser, Botanical
Conditioning Creme, Organic Hair Souffle, Nourishing Hair Milk, Botanical
HairDress, Nourishing Hair Serum, & bHydrating Hair Mist,
without essential oils. Keep in mind some formulas have herbal infusions and
plant based ingredients with a natural aroma, however it should be subtle.
